How do I apply?

Applying is easy. Simply complete the Application Form and submit it to Grand River Shows via email, fax or mail. A $100 deposit must accompany your application to be considered.

Booth locations are assigned on a first come first served basis. View the floorplan. Although we try to accommodate booth location requests, we cannot guarantee a location.

Please include the following with your application: 

  • Three clear, up-to-date photographs (no slides or Polaroid’s) of products. Submit jpegs to shows@grandrivershows.com
  • A written description/drawing/photograph of your booth display.
  • A $100.00 deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Cheque & Money Orders (payable to Grand River Media).
  • *Send your application to us as soon as possible to increase the possibility of being accepted.
  • *A pre-paid self-addressed envelope/package must be included with the application if you would like your material/photos returned.

What happens after I have applied?

You will receive a notification letter via email, mail or fax. An exhibitor package with detailed show information will be sent to you at least three weeks prior to the show.
